| Circular Walks

CIRCULAR WALKS (the drawings),
2006|2007, combines photography with mark making, to
trace - after the fact - experience as remembered in relation to
particular site and situation.
By initially plotting points as
they relate to a given architectural space, the work is an
attempt at reflecting upon
how the experience of repetition, including its effects
and affects, in
relation to a particular situation, can be communicated, understood
- or, at least, made visible - though aesthetically informed
and rule based drawings.
CIRCULAR WALKS (the drawings) consists of 12 independent
but closely related large scale works and is an integral part
of the project Circular
Walks (and the notion of repetition)
